Rates

Hale Heavenly Hana can be rented as a one-bedroom unit using the master bedroom, or a two-bedroom unit with both the master and guest room. Occupancy is limited to 2 people for one bedroom or 4 people for two bedrooms. Children under 14 are usually not permitted.

The current rate is $230/night (one bedroom) or $300/night (two bedrooms) for stays up to 7 nights plus 11.41% Hawaii state tax.

Stays of 7 or more nights are discounted by $10.00/night for one bedroom and $20/night for two bedrooms.

Minimum stay is three nights.

Reservation deposit

For rentals up to 7 nights, a reservation deposit of $230 (one bedroom) or $300 (two bedroom) is required. For rentals of 8-14 nights, a deposit of $460 (one bedroom) or $600 (two bedroom) is required. Deposits for longer rentals will be quoted with the rates. The reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance of the rental is due 30 days before arrival.

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the deposit may be credited to another booking if the space is rented. Cancellations within 31 days of arrival date forfeit the entire amount paid. Changes are permitted subject to availability. In the event a cancellation is successfully rebooked, the rental amount may be applied to a future booking, less the reservation deposit amount.

Security deposit, taxes and other charges

A refundable security deposit of $250 is due with the final balance of rent. If you are responsible for any breakage or damage exceeding the deposit, of course, you're liable for it. The security deposit may be provided in the form of a valid credit card number and will only be charged as required.

Within Maui and domestic long-distance telephone are free. Any overseas calls will be charged against the security deposit. Rent (and cleaning fees if applicable) are subject to State of Hawaii Excise Tax (4.16%) and Transient Accommodations Tax (7.25%).

You may leave the house as you would a hotel room upon departure. We do not charge a separate cleaning fee but reserve the right to do so for unusual circumstances.

Making your reservations

Please make your deposit check payable to Maui Mac, Ltd and mail it after confirming reservation dates by email (contact@haleheavenlyhana.com) or phone (612-636-8199). We will send you a confirmation and rental agreement upon receipt of the deposit check.
